About Us
Who We Are
Defne Studio operates CastHub, a casting listing platform for actors, models, fashion models and brand faces on one side, and producers, agencies and brands on the other. We publish professional profiles and let casting professionals find them. We are not a talent agency.
Our Mission
Our mission is to take the middleman out of the first step of casting. A performer should be able to keep one professional card — stats, sizes, portfolio, showreel — and be found for the work they are right for, without paying anyone for the privilege of being seen.
What Makes Us Different
- Not an agency: We never represent you, never negotiate on your behalf and never take a commission on work you get.
- Free for talent: Creating a profile, building your comp card and uploading your portfolio cost nothing. There is no signing-on fee.
- Verified companies: A company account passes identity verification before it can see the full card or request a locked album.
- Your locked album stays yours: Swimwear and lingerie work lives in a locked album that opens only with your approval, and access can be revoked at any time.
- Fifty-two languages: Every screen, field and filter is translated, so both sides read the platform in their own language.
Our Team
Defne Studio is run by a small team of engineers, designers and support staff. Every team member shares the same goal: making the distance between a good card and the right casting as short as possible.
