Your locked album: who can ask, who can see, and how to take it back

Sep 20, 2026 2 min de lectura

Swimwear and lingerie work exists in this industry. The locked album is how CastHub handles it without putting those photos in the open.

Swimwear, lingerie and fitness work is a real part of modelling. It also produces the photos most likely to be copied, reposted and misused. The locked album is the compromise: the work stays visible to the people who book it, and closed to everyone else.

How it works

  1. You upload those photos to your locked album instead of your public gallery.
  2. A verified company account — one that has passed ID verification — can send you a request to view it.
  3. You approve or you do not. Nothing opens by default, and no request opens anything on its own.
  4. You can revoke access afterwards, at any time, without giving a reason.

Who cannot ask

Unverified companies cannot send a request. Followers cannot. Other talent cannot — the request button does not exist for them, because there is no professional reason for one actor to be asking another for private photos. If you are talent and you never see a request button on someone else's profile, that is the rule working.

Approving well

Before you approve, look at three things: is the account verified, does it have a real company profile with details and open castings, and does the conversation so far match the job it claims to be casting for. A request that arrives with no context is a request you can leave unanswered.

Revoking

Access is not permanent. Revoke it when a job is over, when a conversation ends badly, or for no reason at all. Revoking does not notify anyone with a message; the album simply closes again.

What this does not protect against

We are honest about the limit: once a person can see an image, that person can take a screenshot. The locked album shrinks the number of people who can see your photos to a list you approved one by one — it does not make copying technically impossible. Keep that in mind when you decide what goes into the album in the first place.

If something goes wrong

Block and report are on every profile and conversation. Reports go to the CastHub team, not to the other person. If someone asks you for private photos through a message instead of the request flow, that is already outside the rules and worth reporting.

Age

CastHub is an eighteen-plus platform for these features. The public showcase never includes anyone under eighteen, and locked albums are not available to minors.
