Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Join Free" on the homepage, choose what you are — talent, company or follower — fill in your details, and verify your email with the 6-digit code sent to your inbox.

Is registration free?

Yes. Creating an account, building your comp card and uploading your portfolio are free, and there is no signing-on fee.

Castings

How do open castings work?

Company accounts post castings with the roles wanted, shoot dates, an application deadline and a pay note. Talent accounts apply for free, and the applicant list is never public.

What happens when I apply?

Your full card — measurements, sizes and portfolio — opens to that company only. Your application then moves through five states: applied, shortlisted, invited, selected or not selected.

Profiles and Privacy

Who can see my measurements?

Only verified company accounts. The public part of your profile is your photo, name, roles and city.

Who can see my locked album?

Nobody until you approve a request, and only verified company accounts can send one. You can revoke access at any time.

Premium Membership

What plans are available?

Visit the Premium page for the current plans and durations.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?

It depends where you subscribed. Subscriptions purchased on our website do not auto-renew — renew manually from the Premium page when your plan expires. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are auto-renewable and are billed by Apple until you turn off auto-renewal in the App Store settings on your device.

Safety & Trust

How do I report a user?

Click the "Report" button on any member's profile and select a reason. Our team reviews all reports promptly.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
