Getting started: finding work and finding talent

How you search depends on which side you are on.

If you are talent

Open Castings to see every open call. Filter by role, location and shoot dates, and read the pay note before you apply. Applying is free and only takes your card with it — nothing is published.

You can also be found without applying: companies browse the talent pool directly, which is why a complete card matters even in a quiet week.

If you are a company

Open the talent list and filter by role, location, age range and measurements. Keep people on a shortlist while you decide, then write to them. Verification unlocks the full card — measurements, sizes, portfolio detail and contact information.

The public showcase

Talent who opted in also appear on the public showcase page, which anyone can browse without an account. It is a second way in, not a replacement for the casting list.
